How to handle web development things without professional exp?
as every body above hav mentioned the various languages and the software u need to work ...get urself accustomed to the server they are using...then u should know whether they are doing server side or the client side web development...since if they are using server side then u have to learn php, jsp and if they are working on client side web development then u have to learn javascript or any other language used for the client side programming..just have a basic knowledge on html and if u have any doubts in the programming u can always google it...and u shud also know if they handling any database operations or not...
Reply:Find out the what the software is called and do a search for "video tutorials" or just tutorials of that software. It may also help to join a forum so you can ask questions to others who have that exact software
Reply:Basic tools, and knowledge:

HTML, CSS, FTP. , Dreamweaver or Frontpage (check compatibility) Just like the first user said, find out which software they are using, youtube it. If possible get a copy of it, install it on your local machine to practice (read the eula first. Most of time you should be able to do so).
Reply:Start at w3schools.com . Or else you can always hire a freelance web designer from website like http://getafreelnacer.com/
Reply:Night school. You need to find out what language the sites are going to be built in and get training from there. It also depends on how complex they are.

Get yourself a copy of Adobe Dreamweaver.
