How much should I charge per hour in Hongkong for web development?

The projects would involve php, ajax, css, jss. I would like to charge a reasonable price but at the same time would not want to be shortchanged.

Much better if you would not pay per hour.. But pay for the entire design..

Some people can do the same job much faster than others. Price per hour must be different for those.





I usually give my price for the whole project to make it simple for me and my customers.
