Oracle is good, but on a smaller scale MS SQL is prefered.
PHP is very popular and the LAMP combination is really a cheap, secure alternative to Windows servers.
ASP.net is being promoted by MS in a big way and it is actually really good too.
What is the most popular database web development language?
I don't know if it's the most popular or not, but it should be for many reasons - Perl is king for all web development in my mind, and there are plenty of modules available for database work.
Reply:No one ranked popularity before. Although I do run into pages of .jsp more often now, asp and .aspx is popular today too after .jsp, but .cgi is going into history books.
