Hi, could someone tell me exactly what web development entails and also what would a person's duties be in an IT support role.

Web Development and IT support roles?
I work in IT support in my local primary schools
my duties include -
changing ink in printers
installing software
installing Printers
repairing cmputer issues (drives ,memory etc)
diagnosing problems
training users (minimum to get them going)
blocking web sites (boo , hiss)
suggesting better ways of using the IT equipment
setting up new users on the network
setting up new PC's and laptop - from images
etc. - basically an IT jack of all trades
